What You’ll Do As an Admissions Nurse (RN) , you will: Serve as the first point of contact for new residents, ensuring a smooth and welcoming admissions experience Conduct pre-admission screenings , including medical assessments and history collection Complete all required documentation for insurance and admission requirements Assist in transitioning residents into the facility, addressing any concerns or anxieties Perform patient assessments upon admission and collaborate on individualized care plans Communicate effectively with residents and families, providing guidance and support Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures Work closely with healthcare teams to streamline the admissions process and enhance the resident experience What We’re Looking For Active Pennsylvania RN license (Required) Experience in Long-Term Care is required Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy setting Strong multitasking and organizational skills Excellent patient assessment and evaluation abilities Compassionate communicator with residents, families, and staff Proven clinical expertise and attention to detail Join Our Team & Make a Difference!
