Job Title: Part-Time Groundskeeper - 20 hours a week Location: Edgar Apartments, 405 Broadway Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202 Salary/rate: $18-$18.5/hour The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the property. This position plays an important role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Responsibilities: Clean grounds and remove litter daily. Perform general upkeep of property grounds. Collect and properly dispose of trash and debris. Maintain walkways, parking areas, and common outdoor spaces in clean and safe conditions. Report any safety hazards, damage, or maintenance concerns to the Property Manager. Work cooperatively with residents, co-workers, and supervisors. Qualifications: Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and maintain focus on safety. Ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision. Dependable and punctual, with strong attention to detail. Must be able to interact respectfully and professionally with residents and staff. Physical ability to lift and carry moderate weights and to work outdoors in various weather conditions. **A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. As a condition of employment, satisfactory background and MVR checks are required.
