This opportunity offers a per diem pharmacist position in Brooklyn, NY, providing essential retail pharmacy services while supervising pharmacy technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform typical retail pharmacy duties to ensure efficient pharmacy operations.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to maintain a high standard of patient care.
• Conduct online patient consultations regarding PrEP (Pre-exposure prophylaxis) to determine if it is suitable, gaining valuable experience in this specialty.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to optimize medication management.

Desired Qualifications:

• Licensed pharmacist with retail pharmacy experience.
• Prior exposure to HIV/AIDS specialty medications is highly preferred; please be prepared to discuss this experience.
• Familiarity with Pioneer Rx software is a plus; candidates with this experience are encouraged to highlight it.
• Ability to supervise and work effectively with pharmacy technicians, who will provide additional support.
