EcoWater Systems is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Outbound Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will contact existing customers to schedule service appointments, follow up on maintenance needs, and ensure customers receive outstanding support.

What You'll Do:

Make outbound calls to existing customers
Schedule service and maintenance appointments
Confirm customer information and update records
Follow up on missed or overdue service visits
Provide professional customer service on every call
Work closely with the service department to coordinate appointments

What We're Looking For:

Previous call center, customer service, appointment setting, or scheduling experience preferred
Strong communication and phone skills
Comfortable making outbound calls
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Basic computer and data entry skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
