They may care for patients ranging in age from newborn to elderly as noted in age-related category and area of expertise. NP: Current licensure as a registered nurse in appropriate state. NP: Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in appropriate state. NP: Current certification in CPR. NP: National certification in applicable area. NP: Successful completion of Essentia Health credentialing process prior to practice PA: Current licensure as a physician assistant in appropriate state. PA: Current certification in CPR.
