Anesthesiologist | Community Hospital Setting in SW Chicago | Visa Sponsorship Available

Requirements:

  • MD/DO, IL medical license, DEA & controlled substance licenses
  • Completed ACGME-accredited Anesthesiology residency
  • 50+ anesthetic procedures in the past 24 months
  • ACLS & CPR certified
