Management Analyst (Manpower Planning)

Job Title

Senior Management Analyst for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Office of the Chief of Staff (CoS) Business Management, in the Manpower Management Division.

Responsibilities include:

Providing administrative and program management support for the CoS Portfolio enterprise-wide.
Identifying, coordinating, and administering manpower related initiatives.
Overseeing and monitoring programs, defining requirements, providing instructions, advising staff, and establishing internal control action plans.
Developing and supporting a strategic infrastructure analysis system for tracking CoS Portfolio workforce programs.
Analyzing agency issues and statistical data to present recommendations affecting the performance of principal program goals and objectives.
Reviewing personnel request actions.
Evaluating the performance of manpower and succession planning programs.
