Nighttime Shift Leader – Chick-fil-A of South Burleson 111 NW John Jones Dr., Burleson, TX Starting Pay From: $19.00 / hour Schedule: Evening/Closing Shifts – 2pm-10:30pm (Always Closed on Sundays!) To be considered, you must: Be at least 18 years old Submit a resume with your application Be able to pass our math test Have open availability most nights (Friday and Saturday are mandatory) What You’ll Do: Lead from the Front: Coach, encourage, and direct team members during fast‑paced evening shifts (typically from 2pm until 10:30pm, 5 nights per week). Run the Play: Oversee shift logistics, manage breaks, handle guest relations, and execute closing procedures so the morning team is set up for success. Champion Culture: Foster an environment of hustle and hospitality where your team actually enjoys coming to work. Problem Solve: Handle cash management, quality control, and food safety standards on the fly. What We Offer You: Competitive Pay: $19/hr starting rate.
