HR & Office Operations Specialist

The Salvation Army

Alexandria, LA

The Salvation Army in Alexandria, LA is seeking an HR operations professional to oversee day-to-day human resource activities for a large corps. You will monitor attendance, administer benefits, support recruitment, processing of new hires, and maintain personnel files. You will coordinate with Divisional Headquarters and ensure timely reporting, compliance with AAP requirements, and accurate payroll data, while advising department heads on hiring practices and personnel policies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
