Machinist

Job Details:
Title: Machinist
Location: Spanish Fork, UT
Pay Rate: Up to $25/hr

Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate lathes, mills, grinders, and other machining equipment to fabricate production, developmental, and maintenance parts to exact tolerances.
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, sketches, and written instructions to plan machining sequences, tooling, speeds, and feeds.
Perform machining operations including turning, boring, drilling, milling, reaming, grinding, tapping, and custom fabrication on various materials.
Adapt and maintain tooling, perform machine setups, support preventive maintenance, and ensure precision and workflow efficiency.
Follow OSHA/company safety procedures while maintaining quality standards and supporting team productivity.

Qualifications:
High school diploma, technical/trade school training, or equivalent experience required.
3+ years of machining or machine tool operation experience preferred.
Strong ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
Experience with lathes, mills, grinders, CNC, or related machining equipment.
Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and commitment to safety and quality.
