ASAP start needed. The facility has 294 beds and is Joint Commission accredited. It offers cancer care, cardiac care, orthopedics, imaging, surgical services, and more. The nurse will work in a 26-bed Emergency Department. Patient ratios are 1:4-5, flexible depending on acuity. The equipment includes GE Monitors and standard Emergency Department equipment. The electronic health record system is Meditech. The supervisor is Donna Nanney. The patient population includes all age groups. Common diagnoses and treatments include respiratory distress, overdose, CHF, dialysis, and hypertension. Candidates should be team players with a positive attitude. Required education is an Associate Degree in Nursing. Dress code is scrubs of any color. Unacceptable attire includes non-scrub clothing. This position is a contractor replacement.
