Contract: 13 weeks

Schedule: Day Shift

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

About the Role


We are seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract opportunity in Fargo, North Dakota. This role supports inpatient and long-term care rehabilitation services, helping patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence under the direction of a Physical Therapist.


Responsibilities
• Provide physical therapy treatments as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Assist patients with mobility, therapeutic exercises, transfers, and functional activities
• Monitor patient progress and report changes or concerns to the therapy team
• Support rehabilitation goals in inpatient and long-term care settings
• Document therapy services accurately and follow facility care standards


Requirements
• Active North Dakota Physical Therapy Assistant License Required
• Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy Assistant experience required
• Inpatient or long-term care rehab experience preferred
• Strong patient care, mobility support, and communication skills required
• Must be available for day shift schedule and 13-week assignment
