TK Health is hiring a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our correctional healthcare team at the Brown County Jail in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Correctional healthcare offers nurses a unique opportunity to utilize a broad range of clinical skills in a safe, secure, and structured environment while providing essential care to patients who may not otherwise have consistent access to healthcare.

Position Details:

• Registered Nurse (RN)
• Full-Time – Nights
• $44–$45 per hour
• 12-Hour Night Shift: 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM
• Location: Brown County Jail – Green Bay, WI
• New Grads Welcome
• Vaccines Not Mandatory

What You'll Do:

As an RN with TK Health, you'll play an important role in providing and coordinating patient care within the facility. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing comprehensive patient assessments
• Administering medications and treatments
• Triaging and responding to medical needs
• Providing nursing care based on individual patient needs
• Supervising and supporting LPNs and CMAs
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborating with providers and the multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Responding appropriately to urgent and emergent medical situations

Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin
• Current CPR certification
• Strong clinical judgment, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work effectively in a secure correctional healthcare environment
• Ability to successfully complete a background check
