We are seeking a full-time Copier Technician to service copiers, printers, and multifunction devices in the Scottsbluff area. This entry-level role involves regional travel and working within a small team of 2-5 members. The technician will be equipped with manufacturer-specific diagnostic tools and standard office software. Training and tools will be provided to support your success. Benefits include 401K, paid vacation, sick days, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on copiers, printers, and multifunction devices
- Troubleshoot equipment issues using diagnostic tools
- Install new equipment at customer sites
- Deliver excellent customer support and service
- Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime
- Replace parts as necessary to ensure optimal performance
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in copier or printer maintenance
