Concession Stand Lead

Noor Staffing Group is currently seeking a Concession Stand Lead. As a Concession Stand Lead, you’ll be the experienced and knowledgeable person in the concession stand. You’ll be responsible for making sure the stand is running in a timely and efficient manner to best serve our guests each night. You set the tone for keeping the stand working efficiently in a fun way. You’ll need to make sure that the proper amount of food is ready to be served and that the stand is closed properly at the end of each game. This is a seasonal, part time position from March-September 2026, hours vary. This position offers $11.50/hr base (earn up to $16.00/hr with tips)

Qualifications

• Friendly, courteous, and efficient service.
• Manage daily setup, breakdown, and smooth flow of stand, sometimes covering open positions.
• Accuracy and responsibility in handling cash transactions.
• Calculating totals, making change, and understanding percentages.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work with multiple personalities.
• Standing for extended periods, lifting and carrying items, and moving around.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
