Position Summary We are looking for an Adolescent Addiction Therapist to join our team in a hybrid role based at any of our PA clinic locations. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care and be empowered to make a tangible difference in the lives of young patients and their families. You will provide support to patients who suffer from video game and other addictions. W-2 Employee – Part-Time (20 hours/week) Commitment: 20 hours per week total: 17 hours of direct therapy per week & 3 non-clinical hours Schedule: Flexible within business needs, emphasizing after 4 pm weekdays and weekends Work Model: Hybrid (virtual and in-person) with a minimum of 10 clinical hours per week onsite Compensation & Benefits Total Earning Potential: Up to 100,000+ annually. Base salary: 50,000 for a part-time schedule (20 hours/week). Additional earnings: 80 per clinical session for additional clients beyond your base caseload.
