Customer Service Representative - Seasonal (Full-Time, On-Site)
Knoxville, TN | $20.00/hour | October 2026 through early January 2027

The Work

You'll be the person customers reach when they need help, whether they call, chat, email, or text. You'll help them place orders, follow up on shipments, handle returns and exchanges, and sort out billing questions. You'll work in a few computer systems at once to find answers, and you'll aim to solve each issue the first time. When something needs extra attention, your team lead is right there to help. Every interaction gets clear notes, and customer information always stays private.

You're a Great Fit If You:

• Have a high school diploma or GED
• Communicate clearly and warmly, both out loud and in writing
• Are comfortable on a computer and with Google Workspace
• Keep your cool when it gets busy
• Can sit for long stretches and lift up to 15 pounds
• Are available evenings and weekends

Experience in retail, restaurants, hotels, or a call center is a plus, and so is a college degree. If you've spent time taking care of guests or customers, you already have a head start.

Schedule Details

This is a full-time, on-site role. Remote work is not available. You must be available evenings, weekends, and throughout the holiday season, and your hours will shift with customer volume. The assignment is expected to run through early January and could end sooner or extend depending on business needs.
