How you’ll contribute Assess speech, language, and swallowing abilities. Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs. Provide education to patients and families regarding therapy goals. Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress accurately. Collaborate with healthcare teams on care coordination. Professional Development: Ongoing learning and career advancement opportunities. What we’re looking for Education: Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology. Certifications: BLS certification. License: Current SLP license and ASHA certification. Experience: Experience in acute or rehab setting preferred. Skills and Abilities: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, ability to work with minimal supervision, ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action, and effective communication in English, both verbally and in writing.
