Accounting Clerk I / Accounting Specialist (Temporary Hybrid Work) Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Work Environment: Hybrid (On-site & Remote) Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting Specialist to support daily accounting and financial operations. This hybrid role is ideal for a professional with strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and hands‑on experience with accounting systems. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required. Key Responsibilities Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records Assist with invoicing, reporting, and data entry Maintain organized financial documentation and filing systems Support general administrative and accounting functions as needed Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with financial data Qualifications Previous accounting, bookkeeping, or related experience preferred Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online (required) Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel What We’re Looking For A reliable, self‑motivated professional Someone comfortable working independently and collaboratively Strong accuracy, accountability, and time management skills Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced business environment Why Apply?
