Job Summary The ideal candidate would have 1-3 years of experience working in a professional environment. Candidates with experience in Medicare Secondary Payer matters, workers’ compensation and/or liability insurance preferred. Legal, medical and/or claims experience a plus. Candidate will work remotely. Qualifications: Direct communications/interfacing with client/customer Exceptional professional face-to-face and telephone demeanor Excellent writing, organizational and communication skills Ability to independently handle multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision while simultaneously functioning smoothly in a fast-paced, close knit environment Ability to manage multiple tasks Outcome-focused, pushing matters forward to resolution Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Responsibilities: Point of contact for prestigious clientele base Responsible for successful file management, problem solving and client satisfaction Provide updates to internal and external staff/clients regarding case-specific information Docketing and follow-up to progress matters toward resolution Preparation and/or review of Medicare Set-Aside reports and submissions Review and/or dispute of Medicare conditional payments Resolve and troubleshoot issues, requiring subject matter knowledge and understanding of company policies and procedures Communicate with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and contractors Allan Koba Compliance Solutions offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience and excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance and 401(K) with match.
