Contract | Nights | 12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit with a patient ratio of 1:6–7, covering post-surgical, orthopedic, pneumonia, dialysis, palliative, hospice, and end-of-life populations
• Monitor and manage patients on remote telemetry; no on-unit strip reading required as monitoring is performed remotely by a dedicated monitor technician
• Administer and manage drips including Heparin and MSO4 for comfort measures; no cardiac drips involved
• Support patients requiring Bipap, CPAP, and High Flow oxygen therapy in coordination with Respiratory Therapy
• Care for both isolation-designated and standard patient populations simultaneously; must be comfortable with this assignment model
• Participate in every-other-weekend scheduling (Saturday/Sunday) and two required Fridays per schedule, integrated into the facility holiday rotation

Required Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license; any history of hits on professional license must be disclosed at time of submission
• Current BLS certification (only required certification)
• Comfortable caring for a mixed patient population including isolation and non-isolation patients concurrently
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and meet weekend and Friday scheduling requirements
• Valid, unexpired driver's license required at time of submission

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Medical Surgical setting, including post-surgical, orthopedic, or palliative/hospice care
• Familiarity with remote telemetry monitoring workflows
• Experience with dialysis or oncology patient populations is a plus
