Respiratory Therapist (RT)

We are hiring a Respiratory Therapist (RT) for one of our clients in Clinton, NJ.

Job Description:

• Including but not limited to: ventilator checks, trach care, patient assessment, routine trach changes, Cough Assist and chest PT, may accompany patient on hospital transfer, restock respiratory equipment, portable oxygen maintenance.

Skills Required:

• Experience with trach changes a plus, must have ability to prioritize and strong respiratory skills.

License/Certifications:

• Current and valid Respiratory Care Practitioners license issued by the State Board of Respiratory Care Practitioners, NJ Department of Law and Public Safety, Division of Consumer Affairs.

Experience Required:

• One (1) year of experience in providing respiratory care.
• LTV 1150 ventilator, T70 cough assist, portable and stationary pulse oximetry, oxygen concentrator, portable and stationary suction equipment, liquid oxygen

Work hours:

• 10:45 PM -7:15 AM or 6:45 AM-3:15 PM
• Lunch (Unpaid): 1/2 Hr

Additional information:

• Dress Code: Scrubs or casual wear accompanied with a lab coat.
• Shoes must be close toed with a back.
• Duration: Ongoing
