Responsibilities of Front of House Team Members:
- Honor and encourage others to follow the restaurants vision and values (take care of self, take care of others, seek growth, have fun, give your best)
- Welcome and greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude
- Take customer orders, explain menu items, and process payments correctly
- Provide exceptional customer service with genuine hospitality
- Prepare guests food and beverage orders promptly and accurately
- Observe and follow all health and sanitation guidelines for a clean and safe restaurant
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand, products, and promotions
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, with a strong work ethic
- Comply with Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
