Responsibilities of Front of House Team Members:

• Honor and encourage others to follow the restaurants vision and values (take care of self, take care of others, seek growth, have fun, give your best)
• Welcome and greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude
• Take customer orders, explain menu items, and process payments correctly
• Provide exceptional customer service with genuine hospitality
• Prepare guests food and beverage orders promptly and accurately
• Observe and follow all health and sanitation guidelines for a clean and safe restaurant
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand, products, and promotions
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, with a strong work ethic
• Comply with Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
