Senior Tax Manager

A well-established boutique CPA firm in the Greenwich, CT area that is seeking a Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a client-facing tax professional interested in long-term career growth and a potential path to partnership. The firm prepares approximately 1,100 tax returns annually and serves a diverse client base including high-net-worth individuals, real estate, manufacturing, construction, distribution, retail, energy, technology, and professional services clients . What You'll Do Review and prepare complex individual and business tax returns Provide tax planning and advisory services Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients Build and maintain strong client relationships Mentor and develop junior staff Support the firm's continued growth and succession planning efforts Qualifications CPA required Public accounting tax experience Experience reviewing and preparing individual and business tax returns Strong client-facing skills and relationship management experience UltraTax and Thomson Reuters experience preferred 100% Employer-Paid Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Paid Holidays 3 Weeks PTO (negotiable based on experience) Schedule Busy Season: 50–60 hours per week Non-Busy Season: Approximately 40 hours per week #J-18808-Ljbffr Brewer Morris
