Admin Support Associate

OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team to assist the overall daily operations by handling data entry, accounts payable, inventory, and compliance in a licensed cannabis distribution environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Data Entry & Verification
- Accounts Payable (A/P)
- Inventory Control & Compliance
- Collaboration & Reporting
- Receiving and accepting shipments.
- 21 years of age or older with a High school diploma
- A/P experience preferred
- Data entry/inventory/ERP exposure a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft and Google office programs, Excel/Sheets
- Cannabis compliance basic knowledge preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and effective communication.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Warehouse/distribution setting; on-site; full-time or part-time
- Alternative work week
- Pay-range: $19.00 - $23.00 /hour depending on experience
