Job Summary & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy team in North Valley, Phoenix, AZ. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, mission-driven clinic providing comprehensive speech and language services to children with developmental and neurological conditions. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive speech, language, communication, and feeding evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs.
• Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy to pediatric patients.
• Treat children with conditions including:
• Cerebral Palsy
• Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Developmental Delays
• Childhood Apraxia of Speech
• Speech Sound Disorders
• Fluency Disorders
• Pediatric Feeding Disorders
• Genetic Disorders
• Sensory Processing Disorders
• Work within specialized programs including:
• Feeding Therapy
• Augmentative & Alternative Communication (AAC)
• Early Intervention
• Baby Clinic
• LIFE Skills Groups
• Educate families on home exercise programs and treatment strategies.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and insurance records.
• Participate in weekly interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, educators, and caregivers to optimize patient outcomes.

Education, Licensure, and Experience:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist License.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• Current Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Current CPR & First Aid Certification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Pediatric therapy experience preferred but not required.
