Mondays and Fridays are remote.OverviewOur client, a highly respected advisory firm, is seeking an Executive Operations Manager to support its Investor Relations leadership team. While executive support is a component of the position, the primary focus is driving organization, accountability, communication, and execution across key business initiatives.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in operations, project management, or executive leadership support.Key ResponsibilitiesManage executive calendars, scheduling, and priority alignment.Coordinate domestic travel arrangements and executive logistics.Organize internal meetings, client meetings, investor meetings, and leadership events.Serve as a liaison between executives, clients, investors, and cross-functional teams.Track project plans, action items, milestones, and deadlines using Asana.Ensure projects stay on schedule by driving follow-up and accountability across stakeholders.Support strategic initiatives by coordinating resources, timelines, and communications.Prepare executive presentations, reports, and business materials utilizing PowerPoint and Excel.Process executive expense reports through Concur.Assist with operational planning and special projects for senior leadership.Monitor competing priorities and proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and outstanding deliverables.Required Qualifications3+ years of experience supporting executives, business operations, project coordination, or related functions.Proven experience managing complex calendars and travel arrangements for leadership teams.Strong project tracking and organizational skills.Experience using Asana or similar project management platforms.Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Experience working directly with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting Investor Relations, Financial Services, Consulting, Professional Services, or Executive Leadership teams.Exposure to project management methodologies and project tracking tools.Experience coordinating executive presentations, stakeholder communications, and business operations initiatives.Why This Opportunity?This is not a traditional Executive Assistant position.
