Minimum Requirements
Bachelors, Masters or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current Physical Therapist license in the state of assignment.
Minimum of 1 year clinical experience as a Physical Therapist.
Experience providing skilled therapy to older adults and medically complex patients.
Ability to work independently in the field with strong clinical judgment.
Proficiency with electronic documentation systems and mobile technology.
Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance.
Willingness to travel within the assigned coverage area and adapt to different branch operations.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Compliance with agency background and onboarding requirements.
Bachelors Degree.
Home health experience required.

Assignment Details
Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
Shift Days: Monday through Friday.
Weekend requirement: Yes.
Coverage area includes The Villages and surrounding areas.
