The TL;DR Role: Early Career Type: Full-time Location: In-person Painesville, OH Pay: $70000-90000 yearly Team: Collaborative accounting and finance team Mission: This role supports accurate financial reporting and process improvement to inform business decisions across a manufacturing organization. Tech Stack: Excel, accounting software What You'll Actually Do Transactions: Record daily financial transactions and prepare journal entries to maintain accurate financial records. Inventory: Assist with inventory accounting, including conducting reconciliations, performing analysis, and preparing related reports. Reconciliations: Reconcile bank accounts and various general ledger accounts, actively resolving any identified discrepancies. Reporting: Prepare and support both internal and external financial reports for stakeholders. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance existing accounting processes, improve reporting accuracy, and increase overall efficiencies. The Must-Haves Background: Entry-Level. Foundational knowledge in accounting principles. Experience: Proficiency in using Excel and various accounting software packages.
