Maintenance Technician

Job TitleEssential DutiesPerform manufacturer required maintenance on vehicles.Observe all safety precautions when driving vehicles to and from work area.Perform maintenance checks outside.Drive vehicles needing batteries charged to charging area.Connect/Disconnect battery to battery charger in a safe manner.Assist team members to assure quality is maintained during maintenance checks.Maintain a clean and hazard free work environment and follow all policies and procedures regarding safety.Perform other duties as assigned.High School Diploma or GEDValid US Driver's LicenseObtain and maintain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC Badge) issued by the Department of Homeland SecurityDrive both automatic and standard vehiclesSHIFT: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm with possibility of overtime and/or weekend work as neededPreferred Qualifications:Excellent communication skills both written and verbalProven problem-solving abilitiesDeadline and detail orientedPhysical Attributes:Lift, push, and or pull up to 50lbs including maneuvering of 30lb compressorStand, bend, and or kneel throughout shiftWork in confined spaces / congested quartersWork exposed to outdoor elements such as heat, cold, rain, and or any other conditions out of doorsNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
