Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing team. This role is responsible for supervising nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with all healthcare regulations. The Registered Nurse (RN) will play a critical leadership role in coordinating resident care and promoting a positive work environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing daily nursing operations to ensure residents receive exceptional care.
• Providing guidance to nursing staff, including CNAs and other healthcare personnel.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitoring resident conditions, assessing health status, and documenting changes in medical records.
• Communicating effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.
• Responding to emergency situations and providing appropriate interventions.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of all nursing services provided.
• Promoting a safe and supportive environment for both residents and staff.

Qualifications:

• Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nebraska.
• Certifications: CPR/BLS certification required.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
