Join our team as an Mds Coordinator Lpn/Rn and play a critical role in ensuring residents receive the care they deserve—while helping our facility thrive.Pay:Lpn: $38.00 - 41.00 Per HourRn: 79,040.00 - 85,280.00 AnnuallyYour Role:As our Mds Coordinator, you'll be the clinical brain behind our resident assessments and care planning processes.
