Seeks opportunities to increase services and makes recommendations to the Site Manager.**Key Responsibilities:*** Supervise and support a small team of approximately 6 employees across reception, office services, hospitality, and facilities functions* Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring a polished, welcoming, and professional environment* Lead by example, providing hands-on support while coaching and developing team members* Act as the primary point of contact for client and guest inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders* Coordinate facilities operations, including vendor management, office upkeep, and workspace readiness* Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and improve operational efficiency* Hours are 9:30AM-6:30PM M-F**Qualifications:*** Experience overseeing reception, office services, hospitality, or facilities operations in a corporate or client-facing environment* Prior experience managing or mentoring a small team preferred* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset* Highly organized with the ability to multitask and adapt to evolving needs* Professional, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused**Reporting Structure:** This role reports to the Site Manager and assists in supervising a small team of approximately 6 employees.The Compensation range for this role is $32.00 - $34.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
