Desired Skills & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish highly desired for one of the positions
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Adaptable, patient, and compassionate approach to therapy and student engagement

What You’ll Do:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders among elementary, middle, or high school students
• Create individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs and goals
• Deliver therapy sessions—both one-on-one and in groups—in an engaging, collaborative manner
• Work closely with educators, support staff, and families to foster student growth and advocate for effective communication strategies
• Document student progress and participate in multidisciplinary meetings
• Contribute to an inclusive, supportive educational environment
