Kindred Art Therapy and Counseling PLLC: Creative Child Therapist (Flexible Hours, Supervision Provided) – Hendersonville, NC Kindred Art Therapy is hiring a Creative Child Therapist to provide flexible, trauma-informed counseling to children and families across North Carolina. Sessions may take place in-office, in-home, or in-school based on client needs, with mileage reimbursement available. We provide consistent leads, paid clinical supervision for associate-licensed clinicians, and a supportive, team-based environment. This role starts as a contract position (60/40 split — you keep 60%) and transitions to a W-2 employee role once a stable caseload (20–25 clients) is built, typically within 3–6 months. Description Overview Kindred Art Therapy is hiring a Creative Child Therapist to join our flexible, supportive team. We provide leads, supervision, and a collaborative environment so you can focus on doing what you love — helping kids and families heal. Sessions are held in-office, in-home, or in-school settings across Henderson County. This is a contract position that transitions to a W-2 employee role after building a stable caseload (typically 3–6 months).
