We’re looking for confident, self-sufficient storytellers, reporters, journalists, creators, and media personalities who can help us create fast-moving local content every day. Whether you come from broadcast television, digital media, journalism, TikTok, YouTube, or UGC-style content creation, we want people who know how to capture attention, tell real stories, and create engaging content quickly. This is not a traditional influencer role. We’re building a network of modern local media personalities who can operate like a one-person digital newsroom, shooting, reporting, editing, and publishing content directly from the field. The Role Serve as an on-camera personality and local market storyteller. Create fast, social-first content around storms, outages, weather, homeowner experiences, local events, and community stories. Operate as your own one-person production crew using an iPhone, tripod, microphone, drone, or lightweight production setup. Capture, edit, and deliver content quickly for social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Create content that feels authentic, conversational, engaging, and native to social media. Deliver both short-form UGC-style videos and local news-style reporting packages.
