Join Our Team as a Dishwasher/Prep at Starving Artist Cafe!
Looking for a role where your hard work and attention to detail make a real difference? Starving Artist Cafe, located in Norfolk, VA, is searching for a dedicated Dishwasher/Prep team member to help keep our kitchen running smoothly. If you have at least one year of experience and a passion for supporting a creative and vibrant food environment, we’d love to hear from you!
What You'll Do As a Dishwasher/Prep team member, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our kitchen operates efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Keeping dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment clean and ready for use.
- Assisting with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
- Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Supporting the kitchen team with any additional tasks to ensure smooth operations.
We’re seeking someone who brings:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (dishwashing, food prep, or kitchen support).
- A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and organization.
- A team-oriented attitude and willingness to lend a hand wherever needed.
