Job Summary
We are seeking a Clinical Data Analyst to support healthcare and clinical data analysis, reporting, data quality, and business insights. This role is suitable for recent graduates and early-career professionals interested in working with clinical, healthcare, and operational datasets.
The ideal candidate should have a foundation in SQL, Excel, data analysis, reporting, and data visualization , with an interest in healthcare or clinical data.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze clinical and healthcare datasets to identify trends, patterns, and data-quality issues.
- Write SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and analytical summaries for business and clinical teams.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
- Support clinical data management and reporting activities.
- Work with structured and unstructured healthcare data.
- Assist with data mapping, documentation, and requirements gathering.
- Identify discrepancies and support root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with technical, business, and healthcare stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate documentation of analytical processes and results.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Healthcare Informatics, Health Information Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Life Sciences, Business Analytics , or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in data analysis, healthcare analytics, clinical data, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving fundamentals.
- Basic understanding of databases and data management.
- Ability to work with Excel and SQL.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
