Senior Finance Associate

Responsibilities Partner with Finance leadership and business unit executives to support financial planning, reporting, and operational analysis across multiple business lines. Coordinate annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning activities. Prepare and analyze monthly management reporting packages, including variance analysis, key performance indicators, and executive dashboards. Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities while providing actionable recommendations. Support financial analysis related to strategic initiatives, investments, and business growth opportunities. Develop executive-level presentations and financial materials for senior leadership meetings and business reviews. Produce timely ad hoc financial analysis and reporting to support evolving business needs. Identify opportunities to automate reporting, streamline workflows, and improve reporting efficiency using financial systems and technology. Assist with special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. 3+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance experience. At least 2 years of experience within financial services, banking, asset management, private equity, investment management, or capital markets. MBA is a plus. Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles and financial reporting. Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze large datasets and build financial models. #J-18808-Ljbffr Taylor Hodson Staffing
