You’ll work closely with dentists and team members to create a positive, comfortable experience for every patient. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures, including cleanings, scaling, and root planing Conduct oral health assessments and document findings accurately Take and develop dental radiographs (X‑rays) Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care Identify conditions such as gingivitis, periodontal disease, and other oral health concerns Collaborate with dentists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Maintain infection control standards and ensure a safe clinical environment Build strong, trusting relationships with patients to support long‑term care Deliver high‑quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence‑based protocols Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health Create a welcoming, judgement‑free environment for every patient Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care Qualifications Current Dental Hygienist license in the state of Minnesota (or eligibility to become licensed; new graduates are welcome) Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene (accredited program) Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication and patient education skills Commitment to providing compassionate, patient‑centered care Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment Passionate about patient care and education, practicing at the top of scope to improve oral health outcomes Benefits & Perks Competitive compensation Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), etc.) Company‑paid continuing education Career growth and development opportunities Supportive team culture and modern technology Schedule M – Friday business hours. Compensation $55 – $60 per hour.
