Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 07/01/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join as a traveling Physical Therapist in Portland, OR at a skilled nursing facility where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing work in a new location. Provide care for a resident population and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support functional outcomes. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Active Oregon Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred. Experience with NetHealth EMR preferred. Ability to manage a caseload typical of a skilled nursing facility, approximately 20–30 patients needing services daily. All candidates welcome. Provide an up-to-date resume for consideration.
