CDL-A Driver Northeast Dedicated Home Weekends

Job Type: Full-Time, W2 Pay: $1,400$1,900/week

This is a Northeast dedicated account built for drivers who want consistent lanes, no-touch freight, and weekends at home. No surprises, no excessive nights away just reliable miles and a company that follows through.

Compensation

• $4,000 sign-on bonus paid in milestones
• Per mile pay: $0.80$0.85 (scaled to verified experience)
• Average weekly gross: $1,400$1,750
• Top performers: up to $1,900/week
• Weekly miles: approximately 1,5001,700
• Stop pay: $20 first stop / $35 second / $50 third and beyond
• $65 Long Island delivery premium
• Layover, breakdown, and detention pay included
• Paid orientation your clock starts day one

Schedule

• Sunday through Friday operation
• Full 34-hour reset every Saturday and Sunday every week

Running area

• Freight runs a mix of live loads and preloaded trailers throughout the Northeast corridor
• From Northern North Carolina through Maine, with occasional movement into Eastern Ohio.
• NYC deliveries come up from time to time and pay a premium never a requirement.

Requirements

• CDL-A in good standing
• 21 years of age or older
• Minimum 3 months experience operating a 40-foot or longer combination vehicle
• Clean record no DUI or SAP program activity in the past 5 years
• Valid DOT medical certification
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen
• Overnight secured parking for equipment at home location
