Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse, PICU, CVICU Experience: 2 years Licenses: RN-NY Certifications: ACLS(Copy needed)

BLS(Copy needed)

PALS(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in entire work history Years of Experience: 2. 1. NY license (#/exp). NY RN does not need to be active to submit. 2. Current reference required to send 3. Non local 4. EPIC charting experience 5. Trauma Levels need to be added for facilities worked at.
