Affordable Housing Compliance Lead (HUD/LIHTC)

Cambridge Real Estate Services is seeking a Compliance Specialist to evaluate and monitor properties for compliance with affordable housing programs. This in-office role is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, coordinating with the compliance department to ensure readiness for audits. The ideal candidate has a B.S. in business/real estate or equivalent experience, 5+ years in property management or housing regulation, and expertise in HUD/LIHTC. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cambridge Real Estate Services
