Job Summary:
The Operating Room Surgical Technician position is located in Beverly, Massachusetts. This role involves supporting surgical procedures at a busy surgical center with primary duties at the Danvers Surgical Center. Candidates must bring their Massachusetts license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification on the first day. The position requires strong experience in orthopedic and cataract surgeries, with the ability to scrub DaVinci Robotics cases. The schedule consists of eight-hour days from Monday through Thursday, with potential call shifts during weeknights and weekends. The facility is highly traveler friendly.

Job Details:

• Location: Beverly, MA (primary at Danvers Surgical Center, with occasional travel to Beverly Hospital)
• Schedule: 8-hour days, Monday to Thursday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm; call shifts include 2-3 per schedule period, with shifts at 11:00 pm-7:00 am on weeknights or 12-hour shifts on weekends (7:00 am-7:00 pm, 7:00 pm-7:00 am)
• Required Qualifications: MA license, BLS-American Heart Association (AHA) certification, EPIC experience, strong orthopedic and cataract surgery experience, previous travel experience preferred, must be able to scrub DaVinci Robotics cases, spine experience is a plus, minimum of 0 years of experience, must have at least 32 hours per week, minimum of 8 hours per shift.
• Additional Information: The role includes the ability to float to another facility if needed. Call response time is 30 minutes. Flu vaccination is required prior to start; personal and religious exemptions are not accepted.
