RN / LVN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Position Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) in Laredo, TX and surrounding areas. Location & Pay Location: Laredo, TX and surrounding areas. Pay Range: $24 - $36 per hour. Job Duties Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel. Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments. Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies. Coordination of care. Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes. Implement preventative initiatives to protect the quality of care for patients.
