The facility has 24 inpatient rehab beds and 403 acute care beds. There are 32 staff members in rehab and 38 in acute care. All shifts are day shifts with no night shifts. Patient ratios are estimated at 4 patients per shift for inpatient rehab and 10-12 patients per shift for acute care. The documentation system used is Meditech. There are call requirements for a minimum of one full weekend per month. The position will float between inpatient rehab and acute care therapy. Typical procedures performed include initial assessments, re-evaluations, and follow-up treatments. Candidates should be adaptable to a fast-paced unit and able to function independently.
