About Our Client
Our client is an established Northeast Ohio manufacturer serving industrial and consumer product markets. The company has built a strong reputation for quality, operational excellence, and employee development while continuing to invest in new equipment and facility improvements.
Job Description
Supervise production personnel and daily operations
Monitor productivity, quality, and safety performance
Coordinate staffing and scheduling activities
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Support employee training and development
Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams

The Successful Applicant
A successful Production Supervisor should have:
3+ years of manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience
Experience leading production teams in a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of safety, quality, and productivity metrics
Ability to coach, develop, and hold team members accountable
Experience with production scheduling and workforce planning
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field
Lean Manufacturing experience
Experience with ERP or manufacturing systems
High-volume manufacturing experience
