Marketing & Content Intern — B2B / AI

Compass AI helps small and mid-sized manufacturers improve their operations using software, automation, data and AI. We’re looking for a marketing student or recent graduate who wants hands‑on experience helping grow a small B2B company. You’ll work directly with the founder and get experience across content, email marketing, CRM, lead generation and analytics. What you’ll do: Create and edit short‑form videos Create LinkedIn and social content Manage leads and campaigns in our CRM Research prospects and content ideas Track marketing results and test new ideas We’re looking for someone who: Is studying or recently graduated in marketing, advertising, communications or a related field Has some experience with CRM or email marketing tools Can create/edit video content Writes well and understands social media Is comfortable with AI and learning new software Can work independently Position: Remote 10–15 hours/week $15–$18/hour Initial 3-month internship with potential to continue #J-18808-Ljbffr Compass AI
