What You’ll Be DoingAs a Line / Prep Cook at Allusion / Wobbly Olive, you’ll play a key role in bringing our menu to life. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing and cooking menu items with precision and attention to detail in our scratch kitchen. - Assisting in menu creation and contributing your ideas to enhance our offerings. - Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace to ensure smooth kitchen operations. - Collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes that exceed guest expectations. - Following food safety and sanitation standards to uphold our commitment to excellence.
What We’re Looking ForWe’re searching for a motivated and skilled individual who brings creativity and dedication to the kitchen. Here’s what we’re hoping to see: - At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within a professional kitchen. - A passion for scratch cooking and a desire to contribute to a dynamic menu. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills. - A commitment to quality, consistency, and continuous learning in the culinary field.
